The idea that Fiserv would wait until after bonuses are paid out to layoff people so they get their bonus AND their reverence payout shows how disconnected some posters are from how this or any company works. It just doesn't work that way and executives would get fired for giving someone a bonus and then laying them off so they got more cash on the way out the door. Smdh
Managers get bonuses, Workers get RIFs. It doesn't matter which happens first.

No management bonus (ACIP) however there will be cash payout to bonus eligible employees

Yep best to coast until then. The excels are already filled out with the names of the next victims. Firing season is near, right at the same time the bosses exercise their stock and cash their bonus checks
RIF's should start kicking off in four weeks after they release the budget for the year.
