Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I left a job for this

A year ago I left my job for better opportunities and thought Fiserv would provide me with the room I needed to grow my skillset and advance my career. What a huge mistake I’ve made. Mildly put, I now regret it. I’m not going to ridicule this company but I will say I am currently looking to get out and it can’t be too soon for me.

Excellent post. I had the same experience. Beet of luck in a new journey.

I've never seen someone allowed to sleep in their cube. But it is believable.

Reading these make me sad, fiserv was once a high performance company. Been gone for awhile, sorry for all going thru this

I'm surprised they let these honest and accurate posts stay up. HR must not have read them yet.

I was in the same boat. I decided to try a career completely different from what I had done in the past and landed what I thought would be a great position at Fiserv. I quickly noticed how the incompetent leadership would let low-performers slip through the cracks and sleep in their cubes, and then blame the hard-workers for others' failures. Some of the managers are good but most are simply lazy bullies that pass down the threats they receive from up above. Needless to say, they used and abused me to the point of burn-out; thankfully some months back I got poached by a different company with a MUCH more positive environment.
