I wish i got laid off, its depressing working for this company. Bankers used to have balls, now all the major banks are worth less than a B rate tech company. 2021 its my goal to bail on JPMorgan. Its like where all the dead weight now work.

Wow colleagues are sick and dying and other coworkers are laughing. Glad I got skills and dont need this

This is the losers mindset that keeps people in these dumbazz corporate jobs.
Two counterparts left the campus in an ambulance in the last 3 years in my team, so stressful the work environment is. I also use to hear people crying in the restroom(gentlemen) at least once a month.
Not to mention how people were miserable walking there. You could see and smell the misery in their eyes.
Now that we are working from home is hard to tell, but I heard that another counterpart in my team got very sick, mentally stressed, got hospitalized, and got two months out on medical leave.
Are they laying off here? I just move to Capital One, they say they have been hiring strong through 2020 and so far thru 2021. They dont see any layoffs.

I can't blame you for hating to work at chase. The work environment is even more depressing now than ever and the stress and aggravation imposed upon us is way too much. Just hang on a little bit longer and wait for a severance package. More layoffs will be coming.

In todays working world with COVID life is not greener anywhere. Unfortunately we need them now not the other way around.
