Seriously? They are shifting a focus to Business Partners and only going to care about the top 500 clients directly. You don't need many sales people for that. It's pretty freakin clear... sales is going to get mutilated, along with marketing. Read the writing on the wall people.

I am telling you that my entire team of brand sellers across the board is in the dark. We had a meeting Monday, and since then we have not heard a peep.
This isn't true. Everyone has either been told what their team will look like for 2021 or have been told that their teams are getting disbanded and to find another position within IBM. I haven't heard of anyone still in the dark.

Many in the various Expert Labs groups/brands are feeling the same way, as "GBS synergy" is a major play in this GTM model. They, too, have been seeing the train...
With all due respect, we have been watching this train come down the tracks for a while now. Every sales rep has had an opportunity to come up with a plan - either get out early, or wait for the train wreck to happen and see if/how you survive. Those that bailed early get to watch. Those that elected to stay await their fate - either a job in an unstable company, or a payout to ease them back into reality.
People just want to know if they have a job! Let alone assignments! It's been days since the announcement and complete and utter silence since then
Nothing new! I'd come back in the new year and often not know my assigned quota and which accounts I was covering until February!
