USPS Courageous Conversations

For those within the CX USPS space, it is common knowledge that organizational surveys are way down for the past year, and still declining rapidly quarter after quarter. I wanted to gather a pulse on the Courageous Conversations meeting that occurs. Do you believe this is a positive or negative meeting to have? After today's call, I feel like this call has turned completely political and one sided. The intent behind it is to have an open conversation, to listen to each other, to respect each other's opposing views, so we can better ourselves, and to learn. After today, I feel like this is not accomplishable with some of the people on the line. People are so divided and not willing to have an open discussion with each other at this point, and this call is helping with normalizing this behavior within the organization, as it continues to go unaddressed time after time. A gentleman at one point discussed being moderate, and suggested that we need to listen to each other, and was openly bashed for mentioning this. This is not what we need within the organization. I feel as if this behavior and discussion is leading to decreased morale and hatred toward one another.

I am also not 100% on what the OP is talking about, although I’m having a fair guess. This stuff has become almost a secular religion. Time for more reasonable folks to push back where feasible and safe, and otherwise lay low. But with the current direction, we are on a road to civil strife, so be prepared.

At the same time, I have no idea what this post is about yet I totally know what this post is about. Courageous Conversations? Is there anyone left who simply wants to do their job and (virtually) go home?

This is exactly why the ELT is hiring more low-caste H1b visas. Low-caste employees don't have political opinions and will work long hours without benefits. Too much entitlement in San Jose & RTP these days.
