Can someone tell me how much salary/bonus increase after promotion from 602 to VP in Technology?

Some of the associates don’t even know what they are doing anyway. As an analyst, I have to guide them on what to do on some functions. How they got promoted to an associate is beyond me
It should be minimum 10-15% salary increase from 602 to VP. If they give only 3% increase then I will prefer staying as 602.

Wow that stinks. Not very motivating for the new workload you will be getting. Hope they make it up to you next year

Where on the Benefits page is that information found? Annual statements, Spending accounts etc?
You can get your bonus data right now from the benefits page as a previous poster stated. But for raise tou have to wait. Your manager knows but doubt they would share early.

I’ve been told that from 601 to 602 you get an increase of $10k...but I’ve been told that sometimes you don’t even get a promotion when your title changes...

10% increase doesn't sound impressive. Many Associates in tech are getting salaries below par. This is not motivating for person like me.
