Most of the posts here are pretty innocuous but within one week multiple posts have been removed by the site. The post details for the most part were about the leadership direction at Verizon and the significant offshore outsourcing which leads to lay offs in the US. All these posts were removed.
Begs the question why participate on the site if the site only posts what they want people to see.

This has occurred in the past. Not a surprise. These deletions stop defamation of the Corporation and stop the momentum of the force growing and getting stronger. Moreover, VZ does not want to incite a rebellion of discontent to the Corporation's bottom line and EPS. And to reduce the boycott of the VZ lines of businesses.
Probably deleted for site rules violation. Can check the full list of rules in the footer, but this covers the most;
- names and personal info are not allowed (ok to mention c-suits cause they are public figures)
- they (site mods) axe posts containing foul language and personal insults, trolling and bullying
- no racism or derogatory speech toward groups or individuals
- off-topics like politics or religion
