The new raise is "you didn't get a kick in the a–". Todd and the rest of the EC are a bunch of a–holes.

A raise? You’re lucky you are still employed. It’s a tale of two cities here. Can’t wait for the proxy to come out showing those fat bonuses and stock goodies for the executives though. They’ll be buying new cars and homes whilst the rank and file will get to eat mush.

Jztd1- do you think the executives are going to take nothing. Getting these c-ap raises would be one thing if the executives weren’t living so lavishly & the bank was losing money.

We were told we could expect Those on the upper half of their salary band would get nothing and those in the lower half of their salary bands could expect 3/4 of a percent raise.

TSG first level manager here. Merit raises are going to be so low this year it's not even funny. Given the fixed amount in the merit pool, my directs are getting 1/2% to 1%. It's almost insulting: Here, you can splurge on an extra lunch out at Olive Garden each month with your raise money.

TSG/Prod Services........we were told to focus our Merit/Bonus on India.......or anyone J or above, that's on the low end of the band

Anyone J or higher....that's on the high end of their band has been targeted for job elimination, or termination due to job performance
