Can anyone share what the structural increase for each CO was this year?

I agree with you “ @5kaz”. Sad that some can’t even do a simple evaluation in the tool to plug in a $0 raise to see if he tool show a change in CO by 1% indicating a 1% structure ....
I’m concerned there are supervisors posting here that cannot work a couple of basic scenarios in the tool (like the 0% increase the other poster noted) and do basic math to see that structure is indeed ~1%. And there is no question that the structure increase was lower at higher PSG.
no, that's not how it really works. a 2% raise for any given individual at different PSGs is not the same. if HR is saying that the overall structure increase for the salary program is 1.9%, then it is 1.9%, not 1% – however you want to do the math in the workday tool.
If you entered a $0 raise, you will have noticed that the “Compa-ratio” % drop approx 1% from the current to the future. This is stating that the structure is approx 1%. Meaning you needed to provide a 1% raise just for the person to maintain their Comoa-ratio. Again, this is what was in Workday. Basic common sense “4ghj”. Guess you are still learning the tool. Good luck.
4pop, that is bs because I just submitted my pay determination info in workday with employees ranging from psg 19-26. nowhere does it show what structure is. it is baked into the merit and bonus increases. but our hr business partner said structure is almost 2%. it is not, and has never been, a sliding scale at higher psgs. confirmed with workday data, huh? lmao
Structure is approx 1%. Slightly lower in the higher PSGs. This is confirmed with actual Workday data.
With all that stimulus money printed, combined with larger trade deficit under new administration, it will be much higher inflation in coming years and thus soon it will come on your way, not much this year or possibly next year.
got a friend in HR who did indeed confirm that structure is just slightly below 2%.
structure increase should be close to 2% this year. also learned from my supervisor that the target CIP is now a range instead of a single number because of the supervisor discretion. you will not be able to calculate what your CIP is after the corporate factor is announced in a couple of weeks.
I doubt Board is involved given there are probably 50 different payrolls globally. Some increases are Union negotiated well into the year and can drastically exceed inflation.
Does the Board endorse the pay structure increase January 29th ?
Approx 1%.
Inflation may be at our doorstep.
