Fired "for cause" due to performance after 20 years? Good luck defending that. Especially when you dictate the percentage of employees who won't meet expectations...

I’ve not heard of mass firing ‘for cause’. If true, this would be a disturbing development.
yes, many in triparty / repo yesterday. A few employees with 20+ years of service. All of them "fired" for cause / due to performance. No severance
