Every year there will be at least 2 lay-off, since they skipped 2020, there might be 4 in 2021 including the one just happened. Good Luck!
Bnym is back to 4x a year / quarterly schedule....similar to 2018-19...
Mid-April after Easter and then again in September after labor day.
April - layoffs are done quarterly
