I just got RA'ed even though our group is already running at about half the workforce. I don't know how the Org will continue to get stuff done with such a skeleton crew...

They try to rationalize it as a strategy but in reality it’s cutting costs despite knowing quality will decrease. I work in sales and our client staffing gets less and less every year to the point we’re delivering extremely subpar service.
Which org?
