601 here in Columbus, Ohio: I got a $0 bonus and $0 raise. I got satisfactory/meets for my review as well...

how does one know the levels, as in 601/602? Are they at the VP level?
601 in Arizona. I got a 1k bonus and a salary increase of around 2%. This is what I got last year.
602, East Coast, $1K Salary increase; $6K bonus (reduced by 50% from last year)
Overall total comp was reduced by $7K from last year. Same ratings as last year.
Overall salary butting heads in low junior VP salary territory (low six figures).
601 here in delaware. Got a 1k raise no bonus whoopty dooo.
602 - got $6k and I’m in NY metro...incredibly disappointed about a raise

10k bonus for a associate, but no annual increase at all. No excuse either as to why even tho I was a strong.
1k for a 601 seems low. Did you just start late this year? Overall though I think a lot of people got shafted this year on bonus which is an absolute shame.

Unfortunately no...getting 3 strong ratings won’t guarantee anything! A peer/coworker got that last year and got a smaller bonus than the previous year.
