I heard Marketing Leads going up to $20 an hour. Please advise if this is accurate or not....... I will wait

Since most long time (over 20 years) Marketing people received more than $20.00 an hour and are now gone or moved to another department for less pay, Sam's is not going to give that dept a raise. Sam's is enjoying the extra cash!
Yes we are one of the Lowest paid team in the store. But then they won’t us to train membership specialist are they serious. I’m fed up with Sam’s Club. It’s a totally Joke

Hours or pay ?Ive Been with the company many years just trying to get some input .
You used to be able to go on and get pay info on your own , but of course that's not the case anymore .

I heard not all clubs are getting the salary position. On thing I know for sure is you never know what they will do. Everything is always changing. That member specialits is a joke. Our puts anyone to do self checkout ,door and front table with no different pay.
Considering they're replacing marketing with a salary position, it's unlikely that there's any truth to that. On the other hand, they're currently the lowest paid lead in the building (assuming you have one), and membership will be a huge aspect of the next fiscal year
My club has a marketing rep manager???
We haven't had a marketing person for the last year or better.
We still have a marketing lead and advantage coordinator. I don’t believe they will be making $20 a hour. Our marketing associates still go to events,Walmart and sent out special promotions to places where they have had drives.
