So far in the northern va area

We lost the merchandiser dm.

And one sales rep.

They restructured route abcd

C and d store covered by order writer and vacation rep. Added new sales position sales rep are now writing ordering and merchandising own stores

They gave everyone a 1 percent annual raise after a recorded breaking sales year but never once mentioned more workload handed to us found out through new mods told by dm within two year another restructure is coming

Same thing happened about 5 years ago ! Each team lost 2-3 reps ! Territories expanded .. they will again as probably 2-3 d stores per territory will exit and those reps that where let go or took the buy out ( yea right !) will replace those d stores on new expanded territories

All Small stores are going to Class D as they will be called. All Routes will be redone and some reps left out.

Yep, they said the structure is gonna look like hell! Although its hard to imagine it being much worse for field sales, that is exactly what it will be.
GPS devices will be installed directly into the brain to ensure proper time reporting.

Cause they are still gonna need drivers to get the product to the retailers distribution centers (DC’s). They are also having a hard time keep drivers, cause our drivers now are also pickers!
When people see the packages, they are gonna cry! People who gave their whole lives for this company (from Nabisco, Kraft, to Mondelez) will get a drop in the bucket and will be left out in the worst economic downturn we’ve seen in centuries! Had they taken heed years ago, it could have been much different! Oh well!

Why are they always hiring for drivers if they are laying off?

Walmart can’t handle their own stuff, it would be a bad decision if the mondelez goes this route. But I agree, changes are coming.

This is why Wal mart is hiring so many people from Acosta. They will be taking our jobs. Check every state for job openings for Acosta in Wal mart stores.
