Lateral Move Increase

Hello! I need to know how much base increase would be for a lateral move for band 6V?

I can confirm. I had a 0% bump after a lateral move back in the day. Had to move over to move up.

As has been previously stated, there is no set amount. Increases are typically 0-5% dependent upon MANY factors. If this is a job opening in staffing, you could ask the recruiter.

@NRN @QIM There is a policy PDF File in VZ web which illustrate if a 6V transitioned from IC to people's manager than they are eligible for lateral pay increase but I don't really know how much?

Adding to @qim's statement, it also depends if it requires more technical knowledge. Some 6v are paid technical pay depending on what they did, especially if the current position was not technical.
