Many posts are censored and removed by the moderator of this this Site- Cookies with IP address info are sold to large advertisers as there seems to be a larger amount of ads that pop up over the last 2 years as this now appears to be a very popular site now that the layoffs have been non stop over the last several years. The censorship seems to be similar to silicon valley in my opinion when expressing views right of center. If you are not paying for access you are the product................

You don't use an adblocker?
Yep, they have deleted many....
OP is mad that his post inciting others to join him in insurrection was deleted.
the rules are at the footer, abridged:
no use of names (sr execs are pub figures, ok to post),
no foul language,
no bullying, insulting others,
no politics / race / religion talk
The censorship is too little, rather than too much. Almost nothing is related to layoffs, and there is little about changing company policies. A majority of posts are things like opining on stock price, acquisitions, etc, by a small bunch of ex-employees that washed out, but for some reason can't move on. Certainly, some of that is legitimate, because the economic health of AT&T is tied into maintaining staffing and keeping the gravy train going, but I see an imbalance here.
Any site like this has to deal with signal to noise ratio problems, and there is a lot of noise here, as well as other companies on the site. I say, chop away, and chop a little bit more.
It’s about ATT layoffs so right of center or left of center or right down the middle doesn’t really matter because everyone goes to a site called ATT Layoffs to discuss stuff that doesn’t have to anything to do do with ATT Layoffs. 🙄
cloudfare is a canadian ran globalist company just like att.
Browse the site in incognito mode. Problem solved.
If you are not paying for access you are the product................ excellent point. but Google did not get rich just from ad links. I only see removed posts for specific hate or racial posts. The moderator previously removed any posts that were not layoff related. Now, I see venting allowed. The site appears to be more flexible than in the past. I expect anger to make this an disliked post. I saw cut 3 years ago and now on Soc Sec.; stress is gone. I feel sorry for those trying to survive to 20 years or medicare. Good Luck
