Sean M was a used car salesman who would have caused even more problems if he had become CEO. Unfortunately BK wasn't any better.
That’s too much hoping.
Hopefully he’ll force out the useless managers and flatten the org. And hopefully he has BOD backing along the way.
He was setup to fail by PSO so that his buddy Sean M will get ahead of him. He had visionary ideas back then.
He won’t be able to do it single handedly. He will need support from the managers and employees. And belief in him. I think this will be the biggest factor because leaders recently forced out failed because lower rungs of management did not believe in them and didn’t let them succeed.
