Front end associates received raise last year merchandisers and associates in produce and bakery getting a raise this month and cafe associates are getting shafted again and we put some serious work in sometimes we are by ourselves all day but we don't deserve a raise thats not even right.

Not all I've been with the company 15 years. I was bypassed yet again for these raises.

Marketing is going away. They use desk and cashiers for this. "Marketing" is no longer what it once was. Sorry.
We can’t get people to work cafe. That and covid call offs is why ours is closed a lot.
I’ve been to a Sam’s four times in the last month. Every time, the cafe is closed. Something is wrong if the cafe is closed and there are still people keyed to that position.
Hopefully the cafe will go 3rd party.
How many cafes are even open in the middle of a pandemic?
Gas station didn’t get one . Is anyone expecting them to get one anytime soon

Not true. Anyone making over 15 already don’t get a raise. U know. The ones who earned their 15+
Marketing did not get a raise yet they do everything for the associates that received a raise.
Maintenance and the fuel station did not get one either.
