Fullfilment

Anything new for fulfillment because right now some of the ways they want us to do things are just stupid. It may not be for stores that have been redone properly for fulfillment but for stores that haven't been remodeled to accommodate fulfillment it's a joke. Some of the things they are requiring are just crazy and almost impossible but our team truly do everything possible to get it done. Just wondering has anyone heard anything about changes to fulfillment to make it run smoother? And I still don't get how people upfront c-ap forgot what u call them that get 16 dollars an hour ever got more money than we did or merchandiser, or produce did. That never made sense to me at all. But it is what it is I just want our job to run smoother.

Thanks, dude. Seems like nobody thinks about backroom people. The first four pallets are sometimes crushed, lopsided, or all over the place, especially in Oct.- Dec. Furniture in the Spring is 10% damaged. So sick of Damaged seasonal. Televisions crushed, forked, leaky messes just left for only one backroom associate to deal with. The worst? All the above and leaning against the truck door. Yeah.
Glad to see someone posting about this. Busted pallets can be forgiven, Life happens, but for Pete's sake, shrink wrap the one-layer stuff to the pallet better!
Thanks again for pointing out what you know is wrong! Reefer trucks are even worse. Wish you worked here. Sounds like you give a C–P!
