Will probably streamline the whole company from the ELT on down. Hopefully more of a surgical strike against the deadwood, instead of another shotgun blast ACT that turns into a political battle royale. There are still lots of petty managers who will try to turn any significant restructure into the latter.
Let’s hope he doesn’t promote someone to VP to head a task force that’ll look at the issue!
