Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

If you are a Yes Man you will make it a Sam’s Club.
They Do Not want anyone to object to their crazy mentality. If you want to move up just kiss butt and say yes! You will be on your way.

A lot of new managers seem to run into this phase where they think a company is paying for their input, I don't believe SC has ever been deceptive in their mentality to just execute. Thats what they pay for, thats what they expect. You can argue, question and offer your feelings and/or opinions, but that's not what they want. AES has become a complaining session, many associates can identify issues but can't resolve them. If you work here, they just want you to execute their plan.

The fact that they have been re structuring how they operate for the past 7 years shows that whoever is in charge doesn’t have a clue what they are doing. I mean they know what they are doing as far as the profits at the end of the year but the operation side of it, it’s been a circus for several years now. Only thing that matters is the bigger profit at the end of the year.

This is the way of the world now! Glad you are getting better. No job is better than there! But you will find something better. That is the easy part!

Seriously, what did you expect them do with the questions ask? They can’t change what they are told to do by home office.
