AK you lost the analysts yesterday on your call. The slowness of the restructuring is “death by a 1000 cuts” The spotlight was clearly shining on Cognitive yesterday and sales dropping by 4.5% shows you do not have a handle on this. It’s time to spend 2021 restructuring money sooner and put this mess in the rear view mirror. More aggressive actions are needed quickly if you hope to hold off activist investors. IBM still has a goldmine of “legacy” cash flow, and Icahn or someone like him will exploit that soon. GET MOVING
