We lose people to layoffs and attrition, nobody is hired to replace them, we take on their work in addition to ours, no pay raise follows, and then rinse and repeat. That's been going on for years now. When will it finally end? When we all break down because we literally can't take it anymore? When?

Get used to 18 hour days, seven days a week.
And no time for a family either.

Then why do we still have 48,000 employees???
When they sell the company- that’s when! That is the next step in their plan.....
Unfortunately there is no end in sight. It’s now ingrained in the culture.
Maybe when Todd retires and BNYM has a real CEO with a plan and a strategy it will taper off.
