Core and union stores are numbered . Retail will be prime or another AR very soon. Get out of retail at all cost . Covid turbocharged 2020 plan . We was warned in 2016 of this
Are you in a studio/focus store? If you’re an RSC in a studio store, you’ll probably be in a different store within a year. If you’re a manager in a studio store, get out now. Studio store managers were railroaded from the beginning - hired into the studio store to “get out of the four walls” and cover neighborhoods in flyers/door hangers for fiber, and prospect businesses and agencies like you’re a BAT rep, all to build clientele for a store they will sell to an AR partner. You’ll have to scramble for a job or accept a modicum of severance. I’m losing almost $10k/yr going from 1B to 1A.

You’re expected to “go outside these walls” and find sales. Knock on doors, interact with people on the outside, bring the business in. Do whatever it takes, even in these times. T will appreciate you.
