Maslow's hierarchy of needs

Management would do well to study and understand how to motivate their workforce. Most basic human needs are for security and safety. The yearly ranking program and constant threat now of layoffs in addition to the yearly PIPoff will drive behaviors and morale to a place we have never been. A place that will not help us to regain our former glory. Humans in survival mode look out for #1. They hoard information. They sabotage others. Their worst not their best traits come out. Management needs to recognize the workforce is humans with hearts and minds needing to be won and inspired not robots.

A human resource is a resource here, not a cause for study.
Like any hydrocarbon - you gotta have some flare-off now and then.

@yci+18bPewGR Based on trajectory of company I would say greed would motivate people to seek employment elsewhere rather than stay on this sinking ship
