Buy a retail store

Considering how many stores are being sold. How much on average are we selling them for? Seems like this should be a huge cash influx for the company.

T doesn't own virtually any storefronts in major metros, these are all leases that will expire or abandoned.

As others have said very little selling of stores going on, most are just.

Any store moved to Prime, my bet is no cash changed hands. My thought they just handed them the store, and are paying the lease, with some reduced commission.

By far the vast majority being vacated are simply leases being terminated. That's an expense savings. There is no "sale".

Do you mean the store is valuable, or the real estate is valuable?

Personally I doubt the stores go for much over salvage value. Land could be valuable depending where it is.
