Did anyone check their pto holiday for thanksgiving? I don’t know if it’s global but everyone at my club who keyed in zero hours they still took your hours!

I keyed mine in as pto/holiday/O hours and they still used my pto. Luckily my manager was able to get my hours back once she submitted a form.
I keyed zero and mgr approved and they still took out pto. Ever since the company got rid of HR I never get an answer from management on any hr questions. Multi billion dollar corporation with the worse software and computer systems!
You have to select, "PTO", then select, "Holiday," and then key in 0 hours.
Same thing here. I guess picking "unpaid time off" and "other" won't do it.
There use to be a holiday button, but that's gone.
