These posts prove how blind and arrogant the OFD people are. The OP posts a link which shows a "D" rating from the BBB and they still say that there's nothing wrong and the customers are happy. The arrogance is astounding. The blindness is palpable.
It doesn't matter how good management is, if there are not any employees left, nothing will get done.
My theory our competitors crushed during 3rd quarter in every metric now posting on this site. Don’t take the bait we are winning they are feeling the pressure....we have won every large client deal this year so no one believes anything about the lies about clients...we have a management team who spends 24/7 making this company better for everyone, don’t take the bait!

Yes the truth does hurt. OFD is so clueless, they think they actually make the place better when all of their customers know the truth.

The truth hurts. When all is said and done, the OFD shills who try and get underneath people's skin, do so because they know the truth. OFD has a bad reputation and they only merged to acquire the Fiserv name so that they could hide behind a good brand.
