With every possible customer for offshore in bankruptcy, how long does bammel expect to survive. If you want service, repair or new projects to happen you need customers with actual money.

Wow what a joke of a company. We in a downturn and they worried about bonus check criteria instead of what makes the business good

Heard even in a down turn you have good guys quitting. Must be a real sh– show going on.
Start with all the office cowboys that have never actually seen a rig or any equipment nov makes. How can you pretend to help or know if you have never even seen it. I love the office promises they blow up customers butt.
Rig Aftermarket is another example of failed leadership. Our NOV aftermarket business share is painfully embarrassing. We are very rigid and internally focused. It’s actually a running joke with our customers. A complete reboot is needed. A complete turnaround is needed to eliminate the toxic cultural arrogance and incompetence.

Bammel really started going downhill when RM came in. Morale has been in the sh–ter ever since.
Sounds like the best thing NOV can do is shut down and start over with a new group.

Their competitor Magic Industries expanded to a 2nd location. Someone knows how to service a customer, just not the people who have been over Spares and Service & Repair for the last decade.
