I have a really radical suggestion - let us all SHUT UP about OFS and OFD and rumors and arguments (leave that for Facebook) and GO BACK to discussing valid LAYOFF numbers. This is now an OP-ED board that is constipated.

Read the DEF 14a on the fiserv website, you’ll see what a bonus is
@2lzm+18eSxCb5 What's a "bonus"?
Yep lots of people lose their jobs the day they get their bonus on March 15th. They call it the parting gift
I would bet you that layoffs are coming during the first part of the year. The layoffs typically cover raises. I would be that there is a 5-10% cut in staff. Especially on poorly performing business units.
Less OFS = Higher stock price OFD knows how to run a business
Stock up baby!!!! Something is working
Wow that has to be HR posting below
Here is the truth there aren’t any layoffs! That is the irony, the originally ofs doomsayers predicted this mountain of layoffs and guess what ofdc worked a smart process of only replacing necessary roles which allowed the company to beautifully achieve synergy savings without any real impact to associates. Brilliant, give credit where credit is due. That is why we see all other subjects covered here but IRONICALLY NO LAYOFFS! Brilliant approach!
My manager told me that there is a HUGE push to get people to burn all their earned time off before Jan 1. In a one-on-one conversation I had with her outside of work, she basically broke down and said she thinks it is so they have to pay out less for unused vaca with the unprecedented upcoming layoffs. If true, this company is failing WAY worse than I originally suspected. I already knew it was approaching clown levels of jokery with the ridiculous changes to health benefits, but MAN this one really takes the cake if true.
Here’s one. The original poster is likely getting let go
You must be OFS. Weak post
