There are a lot of comments on here about supervisors and managers not standing up to the man. Comments like brown nosers yes men and worse.
There are a lot of comments on here about the LinkedIn posts being made by supervisors managers and VPs

Now is your chance! Show everyone how you stand up to the man and tell these people you hate and despise exactly what you think. Or are you just one of the yes men brown nosers you supposedly hate and blame for everything.

I’ll watch for your posts on LinkedIn oh superior ones. Put your actions where your mouth is.

Sorry to hear that. I can’t help but believe in the end you will end up in a better place. Clearly this company has become known for its bad business ethics. Plenty of contractors and vendors have nothing but bad stories.

I saw many courageous supervisors who challenged the decisions on who to layoff, and got changes. They have respect and influence with senior managers vs the quiet ones who stayed quiet and did not rock the boat. Most senior management has ZERO respect for WEAK supervisors, but highly respect strong arguments.

Some of us did, but in the end, nobody cared what we think.

It starts at the top. That’s where culture is created.

OP - that’s exactly what I did. Spoke my mind to my supervisor and got PIPd. Know other good workers who endured the same fate.
I would never expect you to have that courage of conviction. The fact that you became a supervisor means you already have your nose buried deep in your managers a–.
