EOY bonus

Anyone have any insight if the bank is giving the 1000 bonus to everyone again?

The amount was reduced to 750 before taxes and was included in your 2/26 pay.

100% not - those bonuses are basic on gross profit in which we ended the last quarter earnings report in the negative. Additionally Moynihan committed to share holders that we would cut 100 million in expenses ... do the math

Yes all of the covid benefits are resulting in reduced bonuses - down 25 to 30%

that was intended as a form of profit sharing when the company exceeded annual financial performance goals, not actual merit. No profit, no EOY profit sharing. So, not this year.

Not only is that not happening, bonuses and merit is going to be impacted in a MAJOR way. Barely any merit and, most likely, 25 percent plus cuts in bonus.

nope, even though still saving on taxes which is what prompted that bonus to begin with

I doubt it. The question came up on a team chat and I think the consensus is no. Our manager never said anything but he probably doesn't know, way above his pay grade. The Bank will probably say can't afford it after the expense of getting us to work at home.
