So they have taken away the supplement, vacation, IPI, promotions, etc. What will be the next hammer to fall? Pension?

Everything 'leadership' does is negative and not in the interest of the employees. This is includes communications and townhalls. They are planning and plotting more takeaways : layoffs , 401 reduction anything and everything to paper over the disastrous decisions made by JS,RS,JD, etc.
I'm guessing they stop pension contributions next, then someime later, they stop 401k match

If you're vested, they can't take your pension...it's yours. That's called theft.
They will take what ever they please. Unions won't stand up, employees won't complain, and you all will simply accept it as normal.
