Heard about a manager recently saying "time to move on" and/or "I want to forget about this." The problem is, this manager has zero input into the process and didn't offer much help along the way. A great sign of "we are exxonmobil" lol

That manager that said he wanted to move on and forget all "this" must be related to
BP's ex CEO who said he wanted to get back to his life after 11 people lost their lives in the
DWH incident.
Totally agree. Called my former supervisor the last week of my 3 months PIL payout to let him know I moved back to Dallas and had a new job lined up. He acted like he didn’t know who I was.
Three years prior, he was begging me to come work for EM. Thought I was the sh– when I worked in his group.
Go figure!
