Enough people are walking out and saving them from paying severance that they probably don't even have any incentive to change things. They just need to maintain the toxic work environment the best they can, wait it out and save millions in severance money - it's a definite win for Ascension.

how many phase 1s are they going to go through..
What is happening is they are reorganizing Products now. No details except it is phase 1 and you just have to wait 3 months to see if you are outsourced or just plain out. They probably announced it that way so people will leave on their own.
I got a job at McDonald's. Much much better position than Ascension.
I stayed till my last day 11/25/2020. Between Severance and 403 I'm not in a rush to find job. I ran a report on the final day. HCL was dropping 250+ calls a day. Not sure what's happening and really don't care no more.
