More work, less money! Overtime, not payed! Honeywell is not so well...
Lets not forget time off being held as negative in performance! Morale is fantastic!

To be honest, I am not sure. Been working from home since last March and don't really talk casually with anyone at the plant during the day. The only morale I see or understand daily is mine, or what I read on this site. Not so sure that is a good overall indicator though as most of the opinions on this site are toward the negative side. I can tell you this, I am personally making it work. My family has some different kind of needs due to various medical issues, and this whole situation is working for us. As long as it continues to work for me and my family, I will stay where I am.

Morale improves after transferring to the new company
Slowly and surely moving upwards with the last rif almost forgotten and the addtional work gradually accepted to get on with the new norm of working in HON.
