is there anyone in Tech not rebadged/outsourced at this point? Probably mostly PM's and a few legacy apps left?

Exactly as they're doing now but just on a different day.
Just listen to the 4th Qtr Jan 27th earnings call. That will set the stage for the first half of the year.
Listening to the earnings call and reading the tea leaves of the carefully worded corporate weasel words will tell you most of what you need to know.
