I’m a lead that lost 4 great teammates, will we be able to see the list of people that got laid off compared to those that didn’t?

Sounds like you are not a TEAM lead...with no team now. Since your responsibility is lower, your performance will suffer vs those team leads who have people. Get to work, go drill a successful well
