How is any of this a surprise? This is the same company that delights customers and employees with the same amount of snake venom. Customers leave, employees seek payback in other ways.

I spent the last hour of my day on Fri just reading comments after all those videos. Some of them literally made me laugh out loud. They could grandfathered anyone already at 30+ years, but they didn’t? Makes you really think this is about upsetting these folks with long tenure hoping they’ll leave. And all the “oh! Can’t wait for a great 2021 with such bold and caring leadership!” Are either plants or dummies who think kissing butt will keep them off a list later. Pathetic. The Death Star knows no loyalty.

Taking 5 days vacation and giving 3 inflexible holidays - 2 in the winter for MLK (which I don't care about) and Presidents day - is a mean blow. I will come up with some sick days although I have never used any for a long time (as my past avp explained it when PTO got cut from 38 days to 28 days you have an unlimited bucket of sick days now as if I ever used in out of my 38 days when I had them which I didn't)

I just found out today that the last of my immediate family dropped att wireless. so now no one in my immediate family uses att. I think it was about 16 accounts total. Now nobody has to deal with att billing or there service any longer. 2021 is looking up. good luck to you all!

"Comments don't matter. They knew this would be unpopular and they did it anyways. They just don't care"

So leave a comment anyway.

@lzk+18mCgiiI It's the link in the HR email this morning. It appears to go to an insider link. Indeed the comments are overwhelmingly negative.

Not sure what board you are reading, but it is running 95% against taking a weeks vacation away from those employees with 20 years or more
