If XOM management wouldn’t do anything about the Dennison survey that they paid millions for, what makes you think they’ll take any action based on anonymous comments on a layoff site?

The only thing management reads is off a powerpoint
I don't think anyone expects management do anything different from what they have always done. Do not accept "outside" non home-grown opinions. Lather, rinse, repeat. That is the XOM way.
