Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Bottom line

It seems like OFD people have been focused on running a good business while OFS was focused on finding life partners and such. It shows in results

Expect significant reductions in force in 2021. The stock is simply lagging and growth is too slow. Unless Frank performs quickly, Jeff will fly in from Malibu and right the ship

@2vaw+18oSSR7H - they do it as overcompensation.

They have, shall we say, shortcomings.

  • and yet FISV is still s—ing mud, when most other corps have not only recovered their stock to January's highs, but surpassed them.

Bet that nasty old fact gets ol' Frankie to continue the OFD tradition of layoffs around February.

Enjoy what's left of that ship before it goes under completely, skippy.

Not a very positive attitude. Typical OFS. That’s why you got bought

@4xkq+18oSSR7H you forgot to add pumping up the stock by siphoning money from employee benefits.

Let's stay positive and reflect on what has been accomplished thus far:

  • Competitive benefits program rooted in tried-and-true socialist ideals
  • Admirable bully-based management techniques
  • Responsible allocation of excess funds into new agile coach positions
  • Beautiful redesign of the living proof awards website to maximize non-usability and thus save money
  • Unmatched success at remaining #1 in client outages

Everyone seems very aligned to drive fiserv to significant growth

OFD just speaking the truth, step aside and watch the OFD magic

First data is about growth and opportunity. Yes you’re expected to work, but you also share in the success

Why so many trolls from OFD casting shade to OFV? The douchebaggery is astounding.

What does any of this have to do with layoffs?

I don't care if HR tracks me down and fires me. Our posts are protected by the National Labor Relations Act. If I get fired for posting here, the National Labor Relations Board will order Fiserv to reinstate me with back pay.

Low blow because it is true? - OK, put facts into your words. Name names - dare you. Unless you don't want HR to track you down, whoever YOU are positing here and be careful. Security can track YOU down too. They are very good at that, (Your words, not mine). Oh, and watch out for lawsuits too.

You only consider it a low blow because it’s true. Very extracurricular bunch OFS is

The “bottom line” will be impacted one SLAs aren’t met and the lawsuits are being filed for the 18 core processing applications that no one knows anything about. Once all of the brain drain of those cores is complete, the cores will be worthless. It’s not like anyone who was fired will be running back into the burning inferno to rescue the business.

I didn't realize that they were still reporting the results separately.

Finding life partners - low blow indeed and entirely in the world of gross insult. Every Fiserv employee, current or not, should be repulsed by this assertion. They are a hard working crew and entirely ethical. Shows you how OFD shows true colors. Shame.

If you're working so hard, why are customer complaints up? Also, seems to me that if you're that busy you wouldn't have any spare time to post here.

Actually it seems more like OFD people are more focused on telling everyone how great they are while customer and clients are suffering.

Bragging for 18 Billion in the red. Talk about napoleons complex, probably under 5 feet.
