No one wants to sit through your videos telling us how well we did, how great we are, how much we are appreciated and loved, while at the same time getting barraged with emails and videos from senior HR leadership effectively pi$$ing all over us.
The fact that you are seemingly unable to grasp this concept makes us somehow, incredibly, doubt your leadership abilities even more than we already do.
