Anyone actually get a 1 or 2 on year end?

everyone in my group was rated fairly.
If anything, they were generous with a select few.
Going to HR is fruitless. They will not help.
@2epf+18rZ9wwv that's total nonsense. All employees get everywhere the same conditions and face stack ranking. Hardly anyone raises this as an issue and only moans about it. You could just not acknowledge your rating and raise it to HR. If enough employees would do it then you could get a change. Being a moaning coward helps nobody.

I got 1 but barely. I was told that 2021 will be challenging... I am in Marketing

What is a 1 or 2? Did they change the rating? I have not received my year end yet.
We rate people accordingly and the expectation is that approximately 30% of our employees will be rated as exceeds or better.
I just don’t know anyone that is rated this way!
