It seems that the D&I threads get cut, and everyone knows why, some people just don't like other people who don't look like them.
So many people who claim to be "conservatives" have no idea what the 1A is about and oddly.
This website is not run by the government, and the people who own it can do whatever they want with your comments.
They have the freedom to do that, and you have the freedom to post your whining about D&I somewhere else, or start your own website.

My IP was blocked. I have not posted anything untrue, nor have I shared anything that should not have been, or violated any rules that I am aware of.
As near as I can tell, it has more to do with posting something that a certain moderator does not agree with in regards to comments about diversity (which is a HUGE topic at WF and directly pertains to layoffs, and which should be within scope of discussion as long as things remain civil).
The illusion of open dialog and speech. How do you think Facebook rigged an election, easy just have no liability under section 230, and then silence anyone with opposing views to selling the country out to China, make up something on a ever changing list, ban them and act dumb if questioned and point to a vague list of changing criteria.
sigh. The lack of understanding abbounds.
The First Amendment applies to our government, its intended to prevent government from stifling dissent. First Amendment does not mean that social media (a private business) has to let you post anything you want.
Section 230 alleviates social media of responsibility to validate what people post, people may post untruths but the social media platform is not responsible.

Section 230 says that "No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider"
However this place deletes and controls the narrative at will, the 1st amendment doesn't apply here, there is no freedom of speech, That's exactly the reason why Section 230 should be replaced. It would like Charlie starting a forum, and if you say he's a rock star your post stays, and if you talk trash about him he deletes at will. Exactly why really no one should be using forums like this, they are manipulated and gives a false impression of some sort of freedom.

I've been on this site since 2015 (first with Verizon and now with GM) so hear me out:
mods/admins exist, they are silent tho
they delete messages, sometimes in bulk (eg all threads or all messages you ever posted by you or someone else may be nuked)
they block ip addresses, some vpns will not work as they are already blocked
some words are blocked and trigger reviews, try to enter xes in reverse and they'll review you
here are things that will trigger a review,purge or block: swearing, use of names, politics, attacking other people
got blocked once, never heard back from them and had to switch ip
if someone is crossing the line you can report it on the contact page
dont post in weird threads, they may bulk block you (if you do, use vpn)
they really cannot stop you posting, use a vpn and you are ok - if you are using a vpn, dont use - bing ones like nordVPN as they have them blocked - pick a smaller providedr
try to avoid any discussion about race or identity groups, they dont f around with that - that's like - an instant ban and all your older messages get deleted
i am sure there is more stuff that i am forgetting but this is it in the nutshell...
