What is the covid safety compliance fee about? $0.75 per month per account? Or is this just a state fee in Maryland?

It's probably going toward Stinky's private jet so he doesn't have to be near sick commoners during these trying times.
Because gawd knows it isn't going towards new masks or sanitizer which I haven't received in 8 months.
I could use some new N95s and another bottle of disinfectant.
