Companies use withholding over time as a way of forcing employees out, I guess the ball is in your court now
I don't understand why you have a problem with the overtime workers, why wouldn't they want to earn extra cash, its not there fault you don't get asked. They earn more money because they come in when your in bed. Its not like they are on more money than you they are working more hours.
No one is moving around in our department so again I don't know what your on about people taking other people's jobs.
