Any news on what’s coming January/February? Something always changes.

I am sure it will be similar to what walmart just went through basically eliminated alot of salaried positions changed Dept. managers to Team lead's eliminating some Dept. managers and giving the extra responsibility to whatever lead's and manager's are left basically what they do about every 11/2 to 2 years.
