After cutting thousands of employees to give in to dividends, what else do shareholders want that they are so rebellious now?

Thousands weren't cut to support the dividend but to support the lack of work that will not continue for half a decade (or if ever).
Exactly what the employees want! Management that has a clue!
Maybe some are willing to spend enough to destroy.
