- p-ss-d off with my OM employer not paying bonus to anyone this year; apparently survivors of this round should be grateful they still have a job and shut up. Wondering whether XOM doing the same..?

Yes, I got my bonus back in July: 3 months pay and health insurance when I took the PIP.

Even high fliers don't get bonuses. Only those in the executive class
